These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your access to and use of Remi. Remi is delivered primarily via WhatsApp. Please read these Terms carefully.
By messaging Remi on WhatsApp and sharing your financial data with the service, you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. You do not need to sign anything or tick a box — your use of the service is your acceptance.
When you first message Remi, you will receive a brief welcome message referencing these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The current version of both documents is always available at this website.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not send any further messages to Remi.
Remi is an AI-powered financial coaching assistant for UK sole traders and small business owners, developed and operated by Stride Sports Physiotherapy Limited (37–38 Margaret Street, London W1G 0JF). Remi is delivered via WhatsApp Business.

Stride Sports Physiotherapy Limited and Remi are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Neither Remi nor Stride Sports Physiotherapy Limited is a financial adviser.
Remi does not provide regulated financial advice, personal investment recommendations, or advice on regulated financial products (including investments, pensions, insurance, mortgages, or credit). Nothing Remi says should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified, FCA-authorised financial adviser, accountant, or solicitor.
We are not liable for any financial loss, tax liability, or business consequence arising from your reliance on Remi's responses. See Section 11 for full details.
By using Remi via WhatsApp, you acknowledge and agree that:
When you connect your bank account via Open Banking:
To disconnect your bank, message Remi 'disconnect my bank' or email mel@stridesports.com. We are not responsible for errors or delays in data provided by your bank or Open Banking provider. Always verify important figures against your official bank statements.
AI can be wrong. Remi may misinterpret transactions, miscategorise spending, or provide out-of-date information without warning.
Context is limited. Remi only analyses data it has access to. It does not know about cash transactions, other bank accounts, or arrangements you have not shared.
Memory may be stale. Facts Remi remembers may become inaccurate over time. Message Remi 'show my data' to review and correct stored facts.
Not personalised advice. Remi's responses are information and coaching — not regulated financial advice tailored to your full personal circumstances.
Cross-check all important figures against your bank statements or accounting software. Do not make significant financial decisions based solely on what Remi tells you.
Remi may provide general information about tax, Making Tax Digital, Self Assessment, and VAT. This is for general awareness only and is not tax advice. Tax rules change frequently and Remi's information may not reflect the latest HMRC guidance. Consult a qualified accountant or HMRC directly at https://www.gov.uk/hmrc.
You must not use Remi to:
All intellectual property in Remi — its design, AI prompts, brand, and code — is owned by Stride Sports Physiotherapy Limited or its licensors. Your data remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.
This section limits our legal liability. Please read it carefully.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Stride Sports Physiotherapy Limited shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the greater of (a) total fees paid by you in that period, or (b) £100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
You may stop using Remi at any time. To delete your account and data, message Remi 'delete my account' or email mel@stridesports.com. We will process deletion within 30 days, subject to legal data retention obligations.
We may suspend access to your account immediately if you breach these Terms, or with 30 days' notice if we discontinue the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage you to contact us at mel@stridesports.com before commencing formal proceedings.
Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Stride Sports Physiotherapy Limited regarding Remi.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
Changes: We will notify you via WhatsApp at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
